Stewart Brown, Jr. is a human resource that brings almost 30 years of hands-on work experience in the mortgage, real estate, treasury, banking, sales and risk management arenas. His accomplishments are as diverse as his background. Branching out on his own in 2015, Stewart has learned the true spirit and challenges of entrepreneurship. Through this depth of understanding he provides vital insight into local, national and worldwide economies and markets. His love of helping local members of the community and the public at large has metamorphosed into a puzzle piecing career in mortgage lending.
As a former real estate investor and property manager, Stewart understands that monthly cash flow is not the only benchmark of abundance. One’s unique tax situation, investment style, and family goals all comprise the plan needed to obtain prosperity in every facet of life. It is this financial freedom which holds the key ingredients for a life well lived. Having traveled extensively throughout America visiting 49 states and internationally to 67 countries throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and South America, Stewart is well versed and adapted to people of all walks of life and communication styles and preferences.
Stewart graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Coupled with his extensive business acumen across multiple disciplines he has the keen ability to take not only a broad but a long view of current market conditions, potential obstacles and hidden gems for the clients he serves. Stewart thoroughly educates and problem solves with his borrowers throughout the entire mortgage process to ensure all options have been thoroughly analyzed and the best outcome has been reached.
Stewart resides in Palm Springs, California where he has met some of the most fascinating people in his life. Stewart’s hobbies and interests include scuba diving, puzzles and games including Soduko, Chess and Go. Crazy about fitness; Stewart devotes hours a week to deep breathing and bikram yoga practices. Stewart has also volunteered at Petsmart in the Cat Adoption Center. Stewart is also a huge nerd that enjoys books on History and Finance and his favorite is The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin.

Stewart also holds certifications in reverse mortgages and renovation loans to better assist his clients with the special nuances of these programs.
